But software is irrelevant & misleading the clients with in appropriate calculation and in complete wrong calculations.
If you don’t refund it I put review every where on social media and to the all websites .
Or just to compensate pls provide the free download link to Fan software from your website.

I am using my calculation and that are proven and much more safe.
But your website interpreted that software are advance designs. That’s why I opted to purchase that .
But calculations results are not matching with basic engineering.
If you cannot return the money. At least consider our request for giving Fan software at Free of cost

This is clearly a customer that has mistakenly purchased the wrong calculator but is demanding a refund despite having downloaded it.

Our contributors have made it clear to us that refunds are not to be issued unless it can be demonstrated that CalQlata has misled the customer concerning the calculator in question or that it is faulty.

In this case, the Shaft calculator is not faulty. Just as with almost all of our calculators, it generic - based upon classical theory.
When applying any generic calculator to a specific design or application, it is important to carefully consider your input data (applying appropriate factors and/or modifications as required), and correctly interpret your output data.
